So here's the cover for chapter 2! I'm really happy with how it came out, actually. Seven looks so cute!
There's actually a story behind this picture. This version of the cover is actually redesigned! It has nothing to do with the rough cover for The City on the Clouds~, because the original cover didn't really have anything to do with the chapter.
But yeah, the story. I was thinking of what to draw for this cover while reading comments, and I came across a comment that was kind of...challenging Seven.
The comment: "Whoo! you weren't kidding when you said the chapters were short! xD Can't wait to see how she'll pull off putting land in the sky though- gravity might cause some troubles~" (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE XD)
Though the chapter title kinda gives it away (it wasn't a big secret though; not like most of the chapters!), as you can see here, Seven has a plan for getting her region in the sky~
Although, it's not so much a region as it is like a small ciy-state. Literally, bwahaha.
I'm really excited for this chapter though, because I get to draw Seven a little bit differently. Originally, I was going to draw a little hint to that, but it would give too much away. Although, if you have been following me since my super-old account, you might have an idea as to what I mean by "a little bit differently." If you haven't been following me that long, TOO BAD. You'll see when we get to page three!
Anyway, this is another short chapter, but certainly not the shortest (it's 7 pages again.) The longest chapter (so far) is 14 pages long, and there are a few 5 page long chapters. The longest chapter so far is chapter 4, but the last two chapters will be even longer than that~

asdfghk I think this is my favorite page so far! <3 So simple but everything's just perfect- the hair, the shading on the dress, the eyes, the pose! I love it!
