Illusion~ Pg 01

Yeah, so there's a grand total of...three funny panels in this chapter. Page one, panels two and five. Page two, panel three. That's it.
I like to call this and chapter ten "the Angst Chapters." Because they really are. There's all sorts of relationship-related angst, and it's really depressing. I mean, someone read the roughs for Chapter Ten, and she was crying a few pages in.
I really took a lesson from Key/Visual Arts (Clannad, Angel Beats!) for these two chapters. And the last two. But that's not for a long time.
On another note, this would be at the end of the first volume of Shameless, when it's published. The first volume would end at the end of Chapter Ten. Because that's just a good place to stop.
Of course, I doubt many people will buy it when I DO start selling it, since it's available here and on like, four other websites. Which is why I would include a few bonus mini-comics, usually about side characters.

But as angsty and depressing as Chapters Nine and Ten are, I love them.
