Although this part largely features Alex being sad, it also contains my favourite Gen I Pokemon, so it's okay. Mildly.

So in case you missed it, the last part featured the first death of the run, which I referred to as "The Bad Thing." It was awful, and horrendously depressing to draw, but it had to happen. As I mentioned in a reply to one of my comments, it makes for good character development and overall makes the story a LOT more interesting. So although it sucks, it's a good thing that it happened. 

Anyway, with this page, we start the arc of Alex healing from that. Or trying to heal, at least. 
I don't know about you guys or Alex, but I know a free Eevee would definitely make ME feel better.

(Also, yes, this Benny is the same Benny that Bill had fused with in his first appearance here: harubells.deviantart.com/art/D…. Benny was a baby back then, but he's grown a little now. Hence the now-fluffy neck floof.
Also fun fact, Bill is Alex's cousin. That's why he cares.)
